Antibacterial Mask

In response to demands related to the pandemic, Handlz has created one of the very few COVID masks that provides antibacterial benefits.

Each mask is sewn with a yarn that contains a silver ion (Ionic+ – inspired by NASA) which has shown through research to prevent the growth of bacteria on the surface of the mask. The silver yarns are EPA registered, and when they come in contact with oxygen or moisture they release positively charged ions that not only eliminate bacteria on impact, but also reduce odor build up within the fabric. The antibacterial components provide you an extra layer of protection and also minimizes the number of times the masks need to be washed.

Ionic+ is used by a number of well known brands (Mack Weldon, Athleta, Sivon Bedding, SixSox) to provide people with the same antibacterial protection, and considering the global circumstances, we thought it would be a wise idea to introduce the same technology for COVID protection.
